For some, these are more challenging than running a marathon or closing ten deals.

In our culture, high stress has become the norm and many have become so habituated in busy-ness and unhealthy stress relievers that “self-care” and “balance” seem like foreign concepts – generally until some sort of crisis arises comes along, and with it – a reality check. Then it’s time to take a good look at what’s working and what’s not, what’s there an excess of and what’s missing, what makes us happy and what doesn’t…

This is where I come in.

I help individuals sift through, sort out, assess, and make a plan of action. I bring to the relationship experience and knowledge in the areas of yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, mind-body medicine, lifestyle change, and stress management.

As a coach, I am here to educate, guide, encourage, and support my clients. I am passionate about people empowering themselves so that they may live deliberately, take control of their health, and create a life that is full of joy, inspiration, and purpose.

Kickstart Your Wellness Package $1100

3 month duration
Includes:

– Comprehensive assessment of current and optimal state of health
– Initial in-person visit
– Discussion of health/wellness goals
– Three follow-up sessions
– Individualized yoga practices and guided meditations (with recordings)
– Basic nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise plans
– Weekly phone and email check ins
– Referrals as needed


Recharge or Continuation Package $900

3 month duration
Includes:

– Three in-person sessions
– Basic nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise plans throughout – to continue guiding individual toward goals
– Individualized yoga practices and guided meditations (with recordings)
– Weekly phone and email check-ins
– Referrals as needed


Basic New Client Wellness Package $350

Includes:

– Comprehensive assessment of current and optimal state of health
– Initial in-person visit

– One Individualized yoga practice and guided meditation (with recording)
